Textile fabric testing can analyze the performance of textiles, testing should pay attention to what?
Double-layer fabrics are generally produced by double-axis looms, while single-axis looms can only produce double-layer fabrics with small differences in floating lines. The double-layer fabric is divided into the surface layer and the inside layer, and the two layers are generally connected by a joint. According to the organization characteristics and binding method of the inner layer of the surface layer, there are differences between the floating lines of the surface warp yarn and the binding warp yarn; when the difference between the floating lines is small, the tension tends to be consistent, and the single-axis loom can be used for production; when the difference between the floating lines is large, the tension difference is large, and the double-axis loom is suitable for production.
According to the organizational characteristics of the double-layer fabric itself, the interlacing point and buckling of the surface warp yarn are generally more than that of the internal warp yarn, and the tension is also large. The interlacing point of the junction warp is the least, and the tension is the smallest. In the weaving process, the front and back distribution of warp yarns is characterized by: the warp yarns with many interlacing points and high tension are distributed on the first few pages of the heald frame, and the warp yarns with few interlacing points and low tension are distributed on the next few pages of the heald frame. Therefore, the watch warp is mostly on the first few pages of the heald frame, the inside warp is mostly on the last few pages of the heald frame, and the binding warp is on the last few pages of the heald frame. This method of wearing healds causes the weave to be looser and looser during production, and the warp stop piece will sink after weaving for a certain period of time, eventually resulting in unclear opening of the loom, even stopping and unable to drive. Due to the certainty of the structure of the surface and the inside, the release ratio of the elastic warp yarn is determined and will not relax indefinitely with the weaving.
Through the analysis, it can be seen that the root cause of the inability to drive is the relaxation of the junction meridian, which lowers the stop piece and leads to parking. Remove the stop piece on the junction meridian, and weaving can be carried out smoothly. However, there is also a hidden danger in removing the menstrual stop film on the junction meridian, that is, it is not easy to find the junction meridian fracture in time. The main reasons for warp breakage are that the warp tension is too high to be broken, the warp is hung up by the burrs of the heald and the warp stop piece, the poor sizing causes the pulp spot to stick and break the warp, and the poor joints during the warping and sizing cause the warp to break. Among them, the main reason is that the warp tension is too large to be broken. Therefore, smooth weaving can generally be achieved without wearing a warp stop sheet.
In order to prevent the phenomenon of warp breakage in the junction warp, the tour inspection work of the blocking workers should be strengthened. In the course of warp adjustment and sizing, the split strands can be worn, and the butt knot warp can be dyed, so that the blocking workers can easily find the broken warp. At the same time of using zoning, it is possible to consider changing the penetration number of reeds to improve the relaxation of the junction warp. In short, the probability of breaking the junction is not high, especially in the production of thick, strands, high-strength warp yarn and other double-layer fabrics, you can rest assured that the use of this method for production, so as to avoid the relaxation of the junction caused by parking.
