China Textile Machinery Association Textile Instrument Branch 2024 Annual Meeting Successfully Concluded!

On June 27, 2024, the 2024 annual meeting of the Textile Instruments Branch of the China Textile Machinery Association was held in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province. Zhao Xiaogang, vice president of China Textile Machinery Association, Wei Yingguang, deputy secretary general, and more than 40 representatives from relevant enterprises, testing and metrology institutions, universities and research institutes in the national textile instrument industry attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by the Deputy Secretary-General of the Textile Machinery Association.

When introducing the operation of the domestic spinning machinery industry in the first half of the year, Zhao Xiaogang, vice president of the Textile Machinery Association, said that the overall performance of spinning machinery was basically stable, showing strong toughness. Compared with the same period last year, the situation in each segment is not the same. Knitting, weaving, printing and dyeing equipment sales increased, but spinning equipment fell, chemical fiber filament spinning equipment, non-woven equipment overall decline.

 

After decades of development in the field of textile instruments, the development of regular textile instruments has been able to meet the basic needs of textiles. Especially in recent years, with Internet technology, photoelectric technology, image vision technology, industrial robot technology, etc., the application of these new technologies and new achievements in textile instruments has greatly improved the function and performance of textile instruments.

 

Now the application of intelligent, digital and continuous production in the textile industry is more and more extensive, more and more mature, but also put forward higher requirements for textile instruments. The future development of textile instruments can not only stay in the laboratory inspection and measurement, but also move towards online detection and monitoring. According to different process requirements, it should be deeply combined and deeply integrated with the whole process and the whole process of textile production. At present, the breakthrough of AI artificial intelligence technology provides all kinds of effective means and tools for great-leap-forward changes in all walks of life, and will certainly provide unlimited possibilities for the deep integration of textile instruments and the whole production process. It is suggested that colleagues in the industry should meet these changes from a professional point of view and the depth of innovation, and actively apply the means and tools brought by AI.
